  • Pumpkin Bells

    Pumpkin Bells



    • Mrs. Freshley’s® Chocolate Bells
    • Vanilla Frosting
    • Orange food coloring (or red and yellow food coloring)
    • Confectioners’ sugar
    • Orange decorating sugar or sprinkles
    • Green licorice pieces


    1. Turn the Chocolate Bells with the larger side facing up.
    2. Mix the vanilla frosting with orange food coloring (or red and yellow) until it reaches the desired hue.
    3. Next, mix in a small amount of confectioners’ sugar to frosting mixture to make the frosting fluffy so it easily holds its shape.
    4. Apply the frosting onto the Chocolate Bells, with more frosting towards the center making a pumpkin shape.
    5. Roll the icing pumpkin in the orange decorating sugar or sprinkles until fully covered.
    6. Use a toothpick to draw lines in the pumpkin, making textured sections.
    7. Cut a two-inch section of the green licorice and insert in the top of the pumpkin making the stem and use smaller pieces of the licorice to make the pumpkin’s vines.

  • Batty Pops

    Batty Pops



    • Mrs. Freshley’s® Peanut Butter Swiss Rolls
    • Popsicle sticks
    • Wax Paper
    • 1 pkg chocolate candy bark / candy melts
    • Piping bag
    • Large Yogurt Chips
    • Toothpicks


    1. Insert one popsicle stick in each of the Peanut Butter Swiss Rolls and place in the freeze to harden.
    2. Draw a stencil of the wing shape on a piece of wax paper; be sure to make the wings wide enough to accommodate the Swiss Roll.
    3. Melt a portion of the chocolate candy bark or melts and pour into a piping back with a small tip.
    4. Pipe out the outline of the bat wings. In the center of the wings pipe a chocolate rectangle approximately the size of the Swiss Roll.
    5. Place the Swiss roll on the chocolate rectangle and put in freezer to harden (3-5 minutes).
    6. Remove bats from freezer, use a little chocolate to place the large yogurt chips on the bat for eyes, put the pointed side of the chip into the Swiss Rolls. Use a toothpick and chocolate candy bark to apply pupils on the flat side of the yogurt chips to finish the eyes.
    7. Use the chocolate candy bark to pipe the mouth and fangs.
    8. Allow the bat pops to set and then serve.

    Candied Fudge Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich

    • 2 Mrs. Freshley's® Candy Topped Fudge Brownies
    • Vanilla ice cream
    • Colorful sprinkles


    1. Place one Mrs. Freshley’s® Candy Topped Fudge Brownie on a baking sheet.
    2. Apply an even layer of ice cream on the brownie and top with another Candy Topped Fudge Brownie. Return to freezer until ready to serve.
    3. Place sprinkles in a bowl and roll the sides of the ice cream sandwich in the sprinkles, ensuring the ice cream portion is covered.
    4. Shake off any excess.
    5. Place sandwich back on baking sheet and place in freezer until ready to serve.

    • Mrs. Freshley’s® Chocolate Mini Donuts
    • Vanilla ice cream or ice cream of choice
    • Chocolate Syrup
    • Cherries


    1. Line the Chocolate Mini Donuts on baking sheet.
    2. Top donuts with one scoop of ice cream of choice.
    3. Return to freezer until ready to serve.
    4. When you are ready to serve, top with chocolate syrup and cherries.

    • 8 Mrs. Freshley's® Chocolate Bells, halved
    • 1 Package of strawberries, hulled
    • 1 Package marshmallows
    • 1 Package wooden skewers
    • Melting chocolate


    1. Place one halved Mrs. Freshley’s® Chocolate Bell on wooden skewer.
    2. Next place one strawberry, followed by one marshmallow.
    3. Repeat steps until skewer is full.
    4. Prepare melting chocolate according to package directions and drizzle over kabobs.

    • Mrs. Freshley’s® Fudge Cremes
    • Heart and letter stencils
    • Confectioners' sugar
    • Sifter


    1. Place stencil on top of a Mrs. Freshley’s® Fudge Cremes.
    2. Sift some confectioners' sugar over the stencil and Fudge Cremes.
    3. Remove the stencil, revealing the desired designed.

    Valentine's Dreamies


    Share your heart with someone special using Mrs. Freshley’s® Valentine’s Dreamies.


    • 8 Strawberries, hulled and halved
    • 2 Tbsp. sugar
    • 2 Tsp Vanilla extract
    • 4 Mrs. Freshley's® Golden Dreamies or Raspberry Dreamies


    1. Combine cut strawberries, sugar and vanilla extract in medium bowl, refrigerate for 1 hour for juices to combine.
    2. Slice Mrs. Freshley’s® Dreamies diagonally and place in a heart shape.
    3. Top Dreamies with strawberry mixture.
    4. If desired, drizzle with chocolate syrup.

  • Fall Harvest Tiramisu

    Fall Harvest Tiramisu



    • 8 Mrs. Freshley's® Dreamies or Chocolate Dreamies
    • 1 Cup of choice coffee, cooled
    • 8-oz Package of cream cheese, softened
    • 2 Cups cold fat-free milk
    • 2 (1-oz) Packages of sugar free vanilla instant pudding mix
    • 8-oz Tub frozen whipped topping, thawed


    1. Brush sides of the Dreamies or Chocolate Dreamies with coffee and arrange four on bottom of a 2 quart bowl (cut in half if needed).
    2. In a separate bowl using a mixer, blend cream cheese and remaining coffee, gradually beat in milk.
    3. Add dry vanilla pudding mixes into coffee mixture and beat for two minutes.
    4. Spoon layer of coffee pudding onto layer of Dreamies or Chocolate Dreamies, then layer half of the frozen whipped topping in the bowl.
    5. Layer remaining Dreamies or Chocolate Dreamies, then remaining coffee pudding and remaining whipped topping.
    6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

    Frosty Donuts

    • 1 Family pack of Mrs. Freshley’s® powdered sugar mini donuts
    • 1 Bag of Candy Corn
    • Mini chocolate chips
    • Mini candied coated chocolate pieces
    • Peppermint sticks
    • Red Licorice
    • Vanilla icing


    1. Press the large end of a piece of candy corn into the center of one donut.
    2. Use the vanilla icing to adhere the mini chocolate chips to the donut for the snowman’s eyes and mouth.
    3. Stack three donuts and apply the candied coated chocolate pieces for buttons.
    4. Place the donut with the snowman's face on top of the three stacked donuts.
    5. Insert two peppermint sticks for the snowman's arms and use a piece of red licorice for the snowman's scarf.

    • 10 Mrs. Freshley’s® Honey Buns

    • Whipped topping


    1. Cut the Honey Buns into bit size pieces, put aside.
    2. Mix strawberries, raspberries, sugar and vanilla extract in medium bowl.
    3. Layer Honey Buns in glass serving dish, followed by berry mixture, then whipped topping.
    4. Repeat layers until serving dish is full.
    5. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

    1. Cut Donut Sticks into bite size pieces and place a layer in the Mason jar.
    2. Next apply a layer of whole cranberry sauce, then a layer of whipped topping.
    3. Repeat layers until jar is full.

    • 5 Mrs. Freshley's® Honey Buns
    • 2 Cups milk
    • 2 Eggs, beaten
    • 1/2 15-oz Can of pumpkin puree
    • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
    • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
    • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon


    1. Slice Mrs. Freshley’s® Honey Buns into bite size pieces.
    2. Place honey buns in greased 2-quart baking dish.
    3. Beat eggs, pumpkin puree, milk, sugar and vanilla in a small bowl.
    4. Pour milk mixture over honey buns.
    5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and pudding is firm.

  • Dreamies Tiramisu

    Dreamies Tiramisu



    • 12 Mrs. Freshley's® Dreamies
    • 1 cup of choice coffee, cooled
    • 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
    • 2 cups cold fat-free milk
    • 2 (1.5 oz) packages of Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding
    • 8 oz tub frozen whipped topping, thawed


    1. Brush the cut sides of the Dreamies with coffee and arrange on bottom and side of a 2 quart bowl.
    2. Blend cream cheese and remaining coffee, gradually beat in milk.
    3. Add dry pudding mixes.
    4. Mix for 2 minutes and then add in half of the frozen whipped topping.
    5. Spoon into bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before topping with the rest of the frozen whipped topping right before serving.

    Dreamie Strawberry Shortcake


    A quick and simple shortcake with big flavor. Just add layers of fresh strawberries and whipped cream to our Dreamies for a delicious dessert.


    • Mrs. Freshley's® Dreamies, sliced
    • 1 ½ pounds fresh strawberries
    • 3 Tbsp. sugar
    • Whipped Topping


    1. Rinse strawberries.
    2. Cut strawberries in half and add to bowl.
    3. Stir in sugar sugar and refrigerate strawberry mixture for at least 30 minutes to develop.
    4. Place Mrs. Freshley's® Dreamies into a serving dish and pour strawberry mixture on top.
    5. Add whipped topping, serve and enjoy!

    • 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
    • 2 Large Eggs

    • 1/8 Tsp Nutmeg
    • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon


    1. Cut Mrs. Freshley's® Honey Buns into bite size pieces.
    2. Place Mrs. Freshley's® Honey Buns in greased 2-quart baking dish.
    3. Beat milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon in a small bowl. Mix well.
    4. Pour egg mixture over Honey Buns and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    5. Spoon bread mixture equally into prepared muffin cups.
    6. Bake at 350ºF for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.
